Although born in Suratgarh, Payal’s connection to Churu runs deep. Having made the city her home, she has devoted herself to improving the lives of its residents and transforming it into a model of sustainable urban development.

Academically accomplished, Payal holds degrees in BBA, MA, LLB, and LLM, equipping her with a strong foundation in management, law, and public administration. This academic blend has been instrumental in shaping her approach to governance — combining vision with practicality.

Balancing her public responsibilities with her personal life, Payal is supported by her husband, Narayan Balan, and is a proud mother of two children — a daughter and a son.

Now completing five successful years as Chairperson, Payal Saini has brought significant development initiatives to Churu — from enhancing civic infrastructure and sanitation to promoting women’s empowerment and youth participation in governance.
